This luxury stone villa has been tastefully updated in today’s Caribbean colors and finished to the highest standards. Close to world famous beaches. There are 2 interior bedrooms, 2 baths, salt water pool & hot tub with mountain views. The primary suite has a king bed, AC, satellite TV, large ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds (can become a king bed), AC, and an ensuite bathroom. The floor plan includes an open kitchen, living room and dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped and has all the finest top-end appliances, AC, cookware, glassware, dishes, utensils & silverware. The dining room accommodates 6. The centrally located living room comfortably seats 6 with AC, an entertainment center and WIFI. The pool veranda opens off the living, dining, and owner’s suite. There is ample outdoor seating around the pool and beautiful mermaid fountain. Mystical Mermaid Villa is surrounded by lush gardens and Bismarckia palms. The pillared stone entry has a large flat turnaround car park for several jeeps. Beach equipment provided: cooler, snorkel gear, beach umbrella, tent and chairs. Villa has back up power in case of an outage.
